Meet Erin
Certified Holistic Nutritionist
My journey into holistic nutrition began when I was in my mid-twenties, teaching physical education to high school girls. I was working out 3-4 times a day which gave me incredible endurance, strength, and athleticism. My students called me the “Energizer Bunny.” What was not noticeable to many was how sick I felt. I had energy crashes every afternoon, I battled multiple colds a year, my stomach was often in tremendous pain, and I developed allergic reactions to foods that I had eaten my whole life. I knew something was not quite right, but what? That led me to explore and find answers as to why I was not living a life of optimal health.
After years of visiting medical professionals, I learned that there was not one answer to treat my health concerns, but rather a need to take a holistic approach. I adopted lifestyle changes that impacted my nutrition, emotional well-being, exercise, and meditation practice and now am living a life full of energy, and free from illness and pain for over 15 years.

As I continue on my path of self-discovery and optimal health, my thirst for knowledge led me to go back to school to become a holistic nutritionist. In 2019, I received my certification in holistic nutrition at The Energetic Health Institute. I am now grateful for the opportunity to be able to guide and educate others through their own health journey.

I also earned a M.A. in Bilingual/Multicultural Education in 2003 at Northern Arizona University, as well as a B.S. in Exercise Science and Physical Education in 2000 at Arizona State University.

I am the proud mother of Liliana and Juan Pablo, and have been happily married to my husband, J.P. since 2008. I enjoy traveling, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
